Acceptable Use Policy

Savernake exists to give operators honest market context. These rules keep it that way.

You may

• Use Insights to inform your own pricing, scheduling, investment and operating decisions.
• Share Insights internally within your business.
• Quote individual figures in your own board packs, lender applications and investor materials, with attribution ("Source: Savernake").
• Export data your tier includes, for internal use.

You may not

1. Resell or republish. No redistributing, syndicating, publishing or making available Insights or any substantial extract, whether free or paid, including in newsletters, reports for third parties, or data products.
2. Rebuild. No using the service to create, train or improve a competing dataset, benchmark or intelligence product.
3. Bulk-extract. No scraping, crawling, systematic downloading or automated querying of the service beyond provided export features.
4. Misrepresent. No presenting Savernake estimates as an operator's actual confidential figures, and no removing estimate labels or attribution from exports.
5. Target individuals. No using the service to harass, defame or campaign against any operator shown in it.
6. Break competition law. No using the service to agree, signal or coordinate prices with competitors. Benchmarks describe the market; deciding your own prices independently is exactly the lawful use.
7. Share accounts. No credential sharing outside your business or beyond your tier's user allowance.

Consequences

Breaches may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. Breaches of rules 1-3 may also cause us loss we are entitled to recover. We will always contact you first where a breach appears inadvertent.
